Photo Contest

TeamYakFish will be giving away a kayak fishing prize package at the end of each month. Winner will be determined by a random drawing on the 28th of each month and posted on the TeamYakFish Blog. To be eligible for the prize package you must submit a photo of yourself with a fish or you and your kayak in the same picture. Along with your photo include a brief description of yourself and when and where it was taken. Please include your name, your email address and/or mailing address. Phone numbers are optional. NuCanoe Options

NuCanoe has implemented a new option for the consumer/dealers starting this month (April). The dealers and individuals will be able to order the model of their choice with or without any of the available options of their choice. NuCanoe is also working on new rigging options that will be field tested and offered in the near future. This plan will allow the buyer to add only the options they want and will give them the option of adding factory items to their NuCanoe in the future.For example: Adventurer - Base model includes two Scotty rod holders and the Surf to Summit Elite seat with standard pack. Buyer can add the Sport Box (cooler/live well), Surf to Summit paddle leash, battery box, extra seating, and additional rod holders. Coming soon will be options such as paddle/SOP holders, anchor/SOP trolleys, Scotty rod holder options, removable rod holders (this allows you to add rod holders when you need them or remove when you don't) and mounts for fish finders. You will be able to customize your boat direct from the factory/dealer. NuCanoe should have a price list for the options in place by April 6,2007.The same goes for the other models. Order the standard model and add what options you would like on your NuCanoe or you can add to your NuCanoe as you see options that would benefit your type of use. If you think of an option not offered you can contact me and I will help you in any way I can to achieve your needs. Congrats to Blake Beltz the TeamYakFish photo contest winner for March. Here's a picture of Blake with a nice red caught somewhere in the vicinity of Jacksonville, FL.

Blake is a member of Jacksonville Kayak Fishing and we hope to see him at the JKF Classic in May. For those of you not familiar with this tournament....it is the largest kayak fishing tournament in the world and will take place on May 11-12. If you have a chance to get to Jacksonville on May 11-12 you need to stop by and check out the festivities. Bring the family and join in the fun....food, fun, prizes and kayak fishing with all the proceeds going to charity .
